No asphalt product is indestructible or maintenance free. A & A Asphalt Paving will provide you with a maintenance program suited for your needs, but we suggest at least the following be done.
- Apply a professional seal coat. This application will give your paved area a rich, uniform color. It will add to the beauty of your property and protect the surface against heat, water, ice, cold, salt and oils, ensuring a longer life cycle.
- Our sealing product is Sealmaster Coal Tar, a concentrated refined coal tar emulsion specifically formulated as a weather protecting, gas and oil resistant coating over asphalt. This product protects pavements from the destructive effects of water, sunlight, oxidation, gasoline, motor oil, and many other chemicals and solvents. It also extends the service life and reduces maintenance costs of off-street asphalt pavements.
- A two coat application of sealer will be applied by a professional crew with over 10 years’ experience. All work will be done neatly and cleanly at all times with a minimum of traffic disruption. Want to know more?
